Celestial Circle Lab Program Terms

Welcome to the Celestial Circle Lab!

These terms ("Program Terms") govern your participation in the Celestial Circle Lab (the "Program"). By signing up, you agree to comply with these Program Terms.

Program Overview

The Celestial Circle Lab is a voluntary testing program offering US-based participants early access to ATHR Beauty products in exchange for thoughtful and intentional feedback. Your insights help us refine our clean, conscious beauty innovations.

By signing up, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this document, including but not limited to the following:

• Pay a non-refundable $14.95 shipping and handling fee. • Provide required feedback as outlined in these Terms. • Complete the required feedback steps within the given timeframe. • Pay the product's full retail price if the feedback requirements are not met.

Product Definition and Availability

The term "Product" in these Program Terms refers to the complimentary product provided as part of the Celestial Circle Lab.

• Products offered through the Program may vary based on availability, testing needs, and other factors determined by ATHR Beauty. • Participation in the Program does not guarantee access to a specific product. Products are subject to change and may be offered in limited quantities. • ATHR Beauty reserves the right to limit, substitute, or withdraw products at its sole discretion.

Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be a U.S. resident with a valid domestic U.S. shipping address. • Be at least 18 years old. • Have an active email subscription with ATHR Beauty.

Participation in the Program is subject to product availability, and ATHR Beauty reserves the right to limit, decline, or terminate participation at its sole discretion.

Voluntary Participation and Opt-Out

Participation in the Celestial Circle Lab is entirely voluntary. Participants may choose to opt-out of the Program at any time by contacting us at hello@athrbeauty.com.

Please note: Once you have opted into a specific product by paying the $14.95 shipping and handling fee, participation in that product test cannot be canceled, and the fee is non-refundable.

How the Program Works

Participation in the Celestial Circle Lab requires adherence to the following steps, which outline the process for receiving, testing, and providing feedback on the designated product:

1. Receive Your Product
Add the participating Product to your cart. Checkout and pay a $14.95 non-refundable shipping and handling fee to receive one of our newest products.
2. Try the Product:
Use the product for its intended purpose and follow all instructions provided.
3. Provide Your Feedback:
To complete Program participation, you must provide three forms of feedback within 14 days of receiving the Product:
- Product Review: Submit a product review on the product page with an image or video showcasing the product. - Private Lab Notes: Send us detailed feedback about your experience, including likes, areas for improvement, and suggestions. - Survey Completion: Complete a brief follow-up survey sent to your email.
4. Keep Your Gift:
Once all feedback requirements are completed and verified, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your successful participation and the product is yours to keep free of any additional charge.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable $14.95 shipping and handling fee will be charged at checkout for the participating Product.

If you do not complete the feedback requirements outlined above within 14 days of receiving the Product, you agree to pay the Product's full retail price. This charge will be applied to the payment method used at sign-up.

ATHR Beauty reserves the right to determine whether submitted feedback meets Program requirements.
