Āthr Beauty reserves the right to cancel any fraudulent or suspicious orders.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Do you offer price adjustments?

Unfortunately we do not offer price adjustments at this time. We are too small of a brand to accommodate price adjustments but do offer LIMITED TIME promotions throughout the year.

We appreciate your understanding and invite you to subscribe to our email list to stay up to date on promotional offers.

What do I do if I didn't get a confirmation email?

Fill out the Contact Us form or email us at hello@athrbeauty.com. It's possible your payment was not successfully processed, an item in your cart is out of stock, or there was an issue with your email.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress.

You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

If the item is out of stock and on back-order, you'll see an option to "Pre-Order" the product.

Please note, shipping for pre-ordered products varies and do not have a guaranteed delivery date. Any pre-ordered items will ship once they have been restocked.

What do I do if I have another question or issue?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.


We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

It can take up to 2 business days for your domestic order to ship. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Where do you ship?

Beyond shipping domestically within the United States, we are happy to offer international 7-21 working shipping days with USPS Economy International or UPS Worldwide Expedited (price is based on weight). Please note for international orders, the buyer is responsible for paying any duty or tax fees that many incur. We also cannot guarantee international orders by any certain dates.

Where is my order? Tracking says delivered.

Having trouble locating your order? If the tracking on your order says ‘Delivered’, it means the postal service used has delivered your order. We recommend you double-check to confirm that you input the correct address on your order, and to inquire with the post office and even with your neighbors about your package.

If you still cannot find your package, we advise reporting the lost or stolen package with your home or renter's insurance and/or the post office for reimbursement.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we are only responsible that the package was actually delivered. We understand it is incredibly frustrating to have a package stolen but as a small business, we are unable to assume the responsibility for someone else’s breaking the law.

How long does shipping take during sales/holidays?

Please note that shipping deliveries may take much longer than expected during sales and holidays, we thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

Please note we do not offer any guaranteed deliveries and do not refund orders for not arriving on time.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Can I return or exchange my order?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or offer a refund of your unused product value within 30 days of purchase date for any full-size item bought at full price and purchased directly from our e-commerce store.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns for used products, items bought during final sales, nor gift cards at this time.

As a small business, ĀTHR Beauty does not offer refunds to cover shipping fees or costs associated with returns/exchanges. Each return will have $12.95 deducted from the total refund.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, all of our products are and will always be vegan and cruelty-free. ĀTHR Beauty products are both Leaping Bunny and Peta certified for being vegan and cruelty free.

We ban all animal-derived products including: Beeswax, Lanolin, Honey, Collagen, Gelatin, Carmine, Guanine, Tallow, Squalane, Ambergris, Estrogen, Retinol. Plus we source naturally derived, organic and fair-trade organic ingredients whenever possible.

How do your products identify as clean?

ĀTHR Beauty bans over 2700 ingredients in all of our formulas and uses organic and fair-trade ingredients whenever possible. If you have a question about a certain ingredient, please visit our Ingredients page. If that question has not been answered, please email us at: hello@athrbeauty.com

What does it mean that your products sustainable & ethically produced?

We take a mindful approach when it comes to ingredient sourcing, ensuring we work with sustainable growers, up-cycled ingredients and fair-trade suppliers to not harm humans or the environment.

We proudly work with factories based in the US, Canada and Europe that allow us to ensure safe work environments free of child or forced labor where people are paid living wages.

How do I recycle your products?

To recycle your ĀTHR products, you must first remove the eyeshadow pans from the palette and recycle those separately. Finally, you are now able to recycle the paper palette.

Please note that recyclability is dependent upon your local area's recycling abilities because recycling capabilities vary from city to city, state to state and country to country.

ĀTHR Beauty is not liable for recycling facilities recyclability and we encourage you to check with your local facility.
