Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

It can take up to 2 business days for your domestic order to ship. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

International Shipping

Beyond domestic shipping within the United States, we are happy to offer international shipping with USPS Economy International or UPS Worldwide Expedited (price is based on weight).

International shipping typically takes 7-21 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Backorder, Pre-Sale, and Pre-Order Products

If the item is listed as a Pre-sale or is out of stock and on backorder, you'll see an option to purchase the product through a "Pre-order."

Order Tracking

Having trouble locating your order?

If the tracking on your order says ‘Delivered,’ it means the postal service has delivered your order. We recommend you double-check to confirm that you input the correct address on your order and inquire with the post office and neighbors about your package.

If you still cannot find your package, we advise reporting the lost or stolen package with your home or renter's insurance and/or the post office for reimbursement.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages; we are only responsible for ensuring that the package is safely turned over to the shipping carrier. We understand it is incredibly frustrating to have a package stolen, but as a small business, we are unable to assume responsibility for someone else’s breaking the law.
