Beans: Grown in the Udzungwa Mountains in Kilombero Valley in Tanzania, these beans represent not only the unique character of Tanzania, but the terroir of the Tanzania environment; a wildlife environment with 2,000 elephants running free. Kokoa Kamili works with over 3,000 farmers and pays them well above the market rate. These beans are made in Mbingu which is a fairly rural area with no access to electricity or tarred roads for about sixty kilometers. Single origin chocolate made in microbatches and handcrafted. Contains no refined sugar, is organic, and thoughtfully sourced. Sonhab pays more for our cacao beans and have a traceable supply chain.
